Your course registration comes first
You can only sign in to the education portal once your faculty has completed course registration and your student record has reached the centre. Announcements about temporary passwords are published on this site.

Each system says which username and password opens it; your UZEM password is not your UBYS password.

What is inside
Signing in: Username: your student number without the leading "o". Password: the first 6 digits of your national identity number + the first 3 letters of your first name in capitals. A student who has not completed course registration cannot sign in; ask your faculty for registration problems.

Course registration happens in the university's student system; signing in to the UZEM portals depends on it being complete.
Signing in: Your UBYS password is one you set yourself and is not the password you use on the UZEM systems. UZEM cannot intervene in this system; ask your faculty.

Exam results are published in the university's information management system.
