Muteesa I Royal University Rector Vincent Kakembo and Juliet Kakembo Visited Our Centre

Prof. Vincent Kakembo, Rector of Muteesa I Royal University (MRU), one of Uganda's young universities, and Juliet Kakembo, its International Relations Manager, visited our centre.

At the meeting, held in Hasan Atsız's office, the higher education systems of Uganda and Türkiye and possible collaborations were discussed. Rector Kakembo found UZEM's infrastructure very successful and stated that they would work to set up a similar structure at their own university and that they hoped for OMU UZEM's support in doing so. Atsız said that they were ready for any collaboration needed. Much impressed too by UZEM's facilities and capacity for broadcasting online lessons, the guests held a preliminary discussion about running joint online lessons with MRU.
